Professor Navjot Sandhu is a Professor of Agri Entrepreneurial Finance and Deputy Head of the Graduate School of Management. She has extensive track record of leadership, research and teaching. She has published research papers in the international journal and written book chapter, and she was awarded several awards for best research papers and reviewer. She has an extensive experience of working with small and marginal farmers (SMFs) and female entrepreneurs in the developed and developing countries. She is working to map and identify needs of local communities, disseminate findings and engage with key  stakeholders.
